Returns:
We're sorry but we cannot allow refunds or exchanges because it is understood when you buy a 'magic trick product' you are paying for 'the secret/information' and by purchasing a magic trick product from us you are therefore agreeing to this. If however in the unlikelihood that an item is proven to be faulty, then we will happily replace the item once it has been returned complete with the original packaging. Zane's Magic Shop must be notified of any faulty item/s immediately and returns must be made within one week of receipt of goods at the customers expense, otherwise the item/s will not be accepted and labelled 'Return to Sender'!

Zane's Magic Shop will not be held responsible for any misuse or accidents caused by the use of items you purchase at 'Zane's Magic Shop'.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier.
